Bay Bell Restaurant  

With a very heavy heart we made the decision to close the Bay Bell Restaurant. The decision did not come easy to us. The Bay Bell was a special endeavor in which many did not understand. Any investor would say the purchase did not make business sense for our portfolio and they would be correct .The Bay Bell Restaurant was more an emotional endeavor for Rick.

 

Living in the Village of Bay View from birth to college, Rick has always had a sense of love and pride for where he grew up. The investments to Rick have  never been just about acquiring property and making money  on them .

It has been about preserving memories!  Perhaps a time long ago yet not long gone. He was still trying to keep that piece of history relevant or more accurately, preserved.

 

What better way to preserve history by re-investing in it. Well, it proved to be an education in and of itself. We tried so hard and poured our hearts, our passion , and our soul into trying to make it work.

Fate had other plans for us and with heavy hearts, we had to close it down.

We are happy to announce and share that we do have a new renter. They will be taking over ownership of The Bay Bell Restaurant.

The new ownership will operate as strictly our tenant . We have no operational involvement and only maintain ownership of the building and property. 

We wish our new tenants success is this exciting endeavor!
