The Lea Building, near the heart of Downtown Sandusky, has a deep history from the late 1800's and is easily one of the most beautiful of buildings in our downtown history.  The Lea Building is a multi-use building. The second floor has 2 spacious apartments for rent. Both are unique and have a view of downtown life and of course are located steps away from The Marketplace Downtown and The Hogrefe Building.  

 

The third floor is a 7500 square foot loft with built in entertainment. To add to the entertainment, you will have a downtown full city view on our 1400 sf roof top deck. Views are breathtaking!

The 3rd Floor Loft is available through VRBO.  It sleeps 25 people and features an indoor basketball court, movie theater, and much more.  It is perfect for family events or for those looking for a get away and a downtown experience!

On the ground floor, we have commercial spaces  for rent that are storefront spaces. This will help any business become  part of the soul of Downtown Sandusky.  We own and operate a commercial kitchen called Lea's Kitchen.
