Application Process

Residential

1.  Print and fill out an application.

2.  Contact H2 Property Management to check for current vacancies and make an appointment to view the apartments of your choice. 

3.  Bring your application fee ($25) to the appointment or mail to H2 Property Management.

4.  Once you choose an apartment, and you pass a background check (necessary for the safety of all the tenants), a lease will be prepared for you.

5.  We will require the 1st-month rent and a security deposit at the time of the signing of the lease.

6.  When you are given the keys, the property manager will walk through the apartment with you to look for any pre-existing damage, you are given a checklist to turn back in within 1 week of moving in.

7. Provide a copy of renters' insurance within 1 week of moving into a property.

Commercial

1.  Print and fill out the application.  Additional information is needed for a commercial lease including more financial information (statement/w2) and a business plan in some cases. We do require personal guarantee with some leases.

2.  Contact H2 Property Management to check for current vacancies and make an appointment to view the available spaces of your choice. 

3.  The upper management of H2 Property Holdings will review your application.  You may have to speak to the owners to obtain approval.  They may deny applications for many reasons, including the fit of the business with neighboring businesses, etc.  Their decision is final.

4.  Once your application is approved, and you pass a background check (necessary for the safety of all the tenants), a lease will be prepared for you.

5.  We will require the 1st-month rent and a security deposit at the time of the signing of the lease.

6.  When you are given the keys, the property manager will walk through space with you to look for any pre-existing damage.

7. Provide a copy of Certificate of Liability Insurance within 1 week of rental.
